I can’t read it out… but I have to. I can’t read it out because I don’t want it to stop. Like Paul, I keep wanting to go back to Occitania, where the dissenters live and where everyone is allowed to be themselves.

When I started in the book I went into it with an open mind. I didn’t know what to expect but after just a few pages, the story had grabbed me. Shantah writes in an evocative and engaging way. What an experience it must have been to write it, searching for the truth about herself. Thank you for this beautiful journey through time, to that beautiful place with special people. X
